After a fantastic series of events in 2015, Pop-up at Baked is back this August, bringing Arthur Holt and his ‘Sharing the Season’ series to Worthing.
Arthur will be hosting two evenings this summer – culinary adventures that have been designed to celebrate seasonal UK produce, with a particular focus on what is grown right here in Sussex. Everything on the menu is influenced by what is in season; everything is vegan; and (as much as possible) everything is fairtrade and organic.
Arthur learnt to cook through family, friends, an endless list of cookbooks, and countless conversations with others about food, all of which inspires and influences what you will experience this August. Embracing the opportunity to cook for others, and with ambitions to take this into his future career, the opportunity to Pop-up at Baked, which provides a platform for young aspiring chefs to showcase their talents, was perfect.
